My Toro Super Bagger has been in the shop waiting for parts for 5 weeks. It is less than one year old and I have had nothing but problems. The dealer that sold me the lawnmower no longer provides service and referred me to another dealer (the only one in my area that services Toro) who doesn't even sell Toro products. Check with your Home Depot and ask them why they no longer carry Toro lawnmowers. I have had other Toro products in the past which were great and I still have a snowblower that is 8 year old. I thought that I would experience the same realibility with my new lawnmower...NOT SO!!!!!
I have done some checking and called several dealers who have told me that the quality of workmanship is lacking and Toro is having a difficult time finding dealers who will service their products.
Please beware and make sure you don't make the same mistake I did. |
